Please be advised that due to the annual federal excise rate adjustment effective Period 1 (April 1, 2026), there will be a freeze on new product pricing from March 25 to March 31, 2026. Requests for new product pricing during this period (March 25 – March 31, 2026) will continue to be processed, however the pricing effective date, will be set for April 2, 2026, or later.

Vendors with new products that require pricing effective before April 2, 2026, are encouraged to confirm the costing and pricing information using the self-service Wholesale Price Management (WPM) online application ;no later than Tuesday, March 24, 2026.

Please note that the above freeze is for new product pricing only and does not impact regular monthly Price Change Requests or WPP promotion submissions, and they will follow the normal pricing schedule as per the dates and deadlines calendar.
