In preparation for the BC Liquor Distribution Branch (LDB) fiscal year end, refunds will not be issued from Thursday, March 25 to Thursday, April 1, 2021, inclusive.
Please be aware that wholesale customers will be able to submit returns during this time period and the Wholesale Customer Centre will process them; however, refunds will not be issued until after April 1, 2021. This means, any refunds for returns submitted between March 25 to April 1 will be delayed.
