Important Service Update: Web Store & WCC Ordering Services Now Live

Further to today’s earlier restart service update, we’re pleased to share that wholesale ordering and support channels are now available:

  • The Web Store is now open for new orders and to see current available inventory.
  • The Wholesale Customer Centres (WCC) in Vancouver and Victoria are now accepting phone and email orders and inquiries.

To help expedite service, our Distribution Centres are transitioning to 24/7 operations. As customers prepare to place their initial orders, we kindly request that orders are within their receiving capacity. Customers with pending payment retries will be contacted and supported before ordering services resume.  

Returns
Returns are now being accepted and will be processed as operations stabilize. Returns delayed due to the strike will be accepted. All new return requests must continue to follow the standard requirement of being submitted within two business days of receiving the order.

Hospitality Customers
The WCC Victoria team will continue outreach to hospitality customers who had pending orders prior to strike action.

Please note that we are anticipating a high volume of order submissions and customer inquiries as services resume. This may result in longer response and processing times. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding as our teams work to support all customers as efficiently as possible.

Hospitality customers serviced through BCLIQUOR (BCL) will receive further communication specific to BCL serviced hospitality customers.
