Product activation disruption


The BC Liquor Distribution Branch (LDB) is experiencing a technical issue that is impacting our ability to activate new products and process case configuration changes. Please note that this does not impact product registration or listings.

This issue first occurred on Monday, December 13, 2021, however, was not detected until today, December 16, 2021, and as a result is impacting some vendors that were expecting product activation for this week.

The LDB is working diligently to resolve the issue and has identified a temporary manual solution that can be employed until a permanent fix can be made, however, this may result in delays to the activation of new products and processing of case configuration changes.

We will provide you with an update once the issue has been resolved.
