Please be advised that an external telecommunications systems outage is impacting email, telephone and IT systems at BC Liquor Distribution Branch (LDB) wholesale distribution centres in Delta and Kamloops.
Customer orders assembled today are being shipped as normal; however, as a result of this outage some customers may not receive full shipping documentation or may receive a different bill of lading. Invoices may be delayed and will be sent once the technical issue is resolved.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this telecommunications systems outage. Please be assured that we are working hard to mitigate the impact and are committed to keeping you updated.
