Please be advised that an external telecommunications systems outage is impacting email, telephone and IT systems at BC Liquor Distribution Branch (LDB) wholesale distribution centres in Delta and Kamloops.
This means the receiving of some inbound shipments to the LDB distribution centres may be delayed and some appointments may need to be rescheduled. Our receiving team will contact impacted vendors directly to reschedule any cancelled appointments once this technical issue is resolved.
Please note that the Delta Distribution Centre (DDC) is currently unable to receive telephone calls or email. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this telecommunications systems outage. Please be assured that we are working hard to mitigate the impact and are committed to keeping you updated.
