To support your business during the busy holiday season, BC Liquor Distribution Branch (LDB) Wholesale Operations would like to advise customers and vendors of the following operational updates.
Distribution Centre (DC) receiving schedule
Please note that the DCs will not be receiving shipments on the following dates:
- December 25, 2025
- December 26, 2025
- January 1, 2026
The DCs will be closed on December 25, 2025 and January 1, 2026.
December 26, 2025
Distribution Centres will be operating under a modified schedule on December 26; however, outbound shipping and customer deliveries will continue to be processed as scheduled.
Wholesale Customer Centre (WCC) Holiday Hours
To support your business needs during the holiday season, the WCC will operate with extended hours from November 17 to December 30:
- Extended hours: Open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- December 24, December 26 and December 31: Open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- The WCC is closed: December 25 (Christmas Day) and January 1 (New Year’s Day)
The WCC reminds all customers to build-up inventory early for the upcoming holiday season, as unpredictable winter weather could potentially impact deliveries of holiday shipments. Please ensure orders are placed on-time and all payment methods are available to avoid delivery delays.
Additional information regarding potential changes to holiday shipping schedules will be shared directly with impacted customers once available.
