Effective November 1, 2016, wholesale customers and third party carriers picking up product orders from the customer pick-up/shipping door at the LDB Vancouver warehouse will be required to:
- Present one piece of valid government-issued photo identification;
- Print and sign the Shipping Load List at the time of pick-up.
The authorized customer and carrier pick-up forms will no longer be required. Opimian customers will continue to present official pick-up forms issued by the Opimian Society.
