LDB Wholesale Operations is now offering liquor agents and vendors the opportunity to access customer order and purchase order data, as part of an initiative that improves information transparency for our stakeholders.
DC Purchase Orders (PO) Report: This free report will be available to all registered vendors, and depicts POs submitted by LDB for the specified vendor. The report will be refreshed Monday through Friday and includes data for the preceding 90 days.
Customer Order Reports – Weekly: Available for a subscription fee to be determined by the External Data Services team. Extracted every Monday for the preceding week (Sunday to Saturday).
Details Report will provide Customer Orders received by LDB for a given vendor.
Summary Report presents a summarized view of the Customer Orders Details Report.
Customer Orders Report – Monthly: The Details Report and Summary Report will also be produced on the second Monday after each LDB Period, for a separate subscription fee.
This initiative was developed in response to the recommendations outlined in the Business and Technical Advisory Panel report. Wholesale Operations has been working with vendors and agents over the past few months to determine what information would be valuable and how best to share and deliver it.
The LDB is always open to working with our partners to develop options and data sets that support their business and provide them with the information they need to grow their customer base.
