Please be advised that due to the BC Liquor Distribution Branch’s (LDB) annual inventory count to be held from Thursday, February 6 to Sunday, February 9, 2025, there will be a freeze on new product pricing from Monday, February 3 to Thursday, February 6, 2025.
Please note, requests for new product pricing during this period (February 3 - 6, 2025) will continue to be processed, however the pricing effective date, will be set for Monday, February 10, 2025, or later.
Vendors with new products that require pricing effective before February 10, 2025 are encouraged to either submit their costing information of their new products to wholesalepricing@bcldb.com or confirm costing using the self-service online Wholesale Price Management (WPM) application no later than Friday, January 31, 2025.
Please note that the above freeze does not impact regular monthly price change requests or Wholesale Product Pricing (WPP) promotion submissions and they will follow the normal pricing schedule as per the dates and deadlines calendar.
