WCC Agent Order Form
When to Use	The form allows agents to efficiently place an order with the Wholesale Customer Centre (WCC) for a tasting event, a regular full price order or an order on behalf of a wholesale customer.

Agent Allocation For Cross-Docked Product
When to Use	Is the product held? When allocating product to private retailers or hospitality customers, the SKU must be non-orderable (currently held on cross-dock). If the SKU is held, please complete this form. Is the product available for customers to order and not held? This form cannot be used if the product is available for general order (not held on cross-dock). Please instruct customers to purchase your product directly from their supplying store or complete the WCC agent order form as described above.

BCLS Serviced Hospitality Customer Agent Order Form
When to Use	1. Use this form when the product is not held on cross-dock. 2. Agents can fill out the form and send it to the BCLS serviced Hospitality customer for approval. Once approved, the agent can submit the form to the supplying BCLS.
