We recognize the news of the BC Public Service collective bargaining process may be concerning for wholesale customers. We are hopeful that the parties will continue to work collaboratively towards solutions together and during this time it is business as usual for the BC Liquor Distribution Branch (LDB).
The Public Service Agency and BCGEU are negotiating essential services levels, which must be completed before any strike action can be initiated. The union would also need to provide 72-hours’ notice should any strike action be planned.
