To support your business during the busy holiday season, BC Liquor Distribution Branch Wholesale Operations would like to advise customers of the following operational updates.
Notifications of changes to holiday shipping schedules
Impacted customers will receive an email notification November 21 of any changes to their holiday shipping schedules. A reminder notice will be emailed December 5. If you are not contacted there will be no change to your schedule.
Distribution Centre receiving schedules
Please note that there will be no changes to the receiving schedules at the Distribution Centre.
Extended Wholesale Customer Centre (WCC) holiday hours
The WCC will be extending its weekday operating hours as follows to meet your business needs:
November 14, 2022 – December 30, 2022
Open from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. inclusive
The WCC reminds all customers to build-up inventory early for the upcoming holiday season, as unpredictable winter weather could potentially impact deliveries of holiday shipments. Please ensure orders are placed on-time and all payment methods are available to avoid delivery delays.
