We are pleased to share that we have returned to normal delivery schedules for LDB-stocked product as of today, Monday, November 7.
There may be some intermittent delays as we transition back to normal and respond to any impactful winter weather patterns; however, the Wholesale Customer Centre (WCC) will be calling customers if their shipments are delayed.
We are also making good progress on non-stocked wholesale product (NSWP) with the majority of orders meeting the order-to-ship timeline of 10 business days. We are continuing to work with our partners across the supply chain as we resume normal service levels.
Again, the LDB recognizes the challenges and disruptions our wholesale customers have faced over the past few months following job action. We emphasize our regret for these impacts and apologize that it has taken some time for us to recover. We hope today’s update provides our customers with some assurance that we are returning to a more normal state.
