Update on ongoing transportation disruptions

We acknowledge that the impacts of the past few weeks have been felt by our customers, and we thank you for your continued patience and cooperation.

Access to major routes via Highway 1 (between Abbotsford and Chilliwack) and Highway 3 appears to be stabilizing and we will continue to use these alternative routes as much as possible to ensure product continues to flow throughout the province, however these routes remain slow.

Key product shortages and supplier stock outs can be referenced here.

Kamloops Distribution Centre (KDC) serviced customers

As we continue to experience challenges with carrier and equipment availability, products that are normally fulfilled at the Delta Distribution Centre (DDC) will continue to be cancelled from your order after you receive your order submission report. Please note that these temporarily unavailable products include non-stocked wholesale product and single bottle picks. We will continue monitoring the situation and will update our customers should we be able to resume this service.

The KDC has regular inventory levels to supply customers, however they may experience temporary shipment delays and limited product availability. As transportation routes stabilize, we are seeing more inventory reaching the KDC.

We continue to leverage our relationship with the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission to transfer product, and expect to receive a second shipment from Alberta later this week. We continue to work with our vendors and freight carriers to transfer product and reroute shipments, including via northern B.C. and the United States, to ensure shipments are delivered to customers as quickly as possible.

We are working with vendors to determine alternative routes to receive shipments at the DDC.

Once again, we acknowledge the impact the past few weeks have had on customers and apologize for any inconvenience. We appreciate your patience and will share more information as it is made available.
