The BC Liquor Distribution Branch (LDB) is introducing a secure Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system for wholesale customers to update credit card information with Wholesale Finance such as:  

• Add a new credit card 
• Update existing credit card details  

The IVR system is in compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards and ensures sensitive payment card information is entered directly by the customer in a protected environment. The new process reinforces LDB’s ongoing commitment to protecting sensitive data and supports a secure experience for wholesale customers.  

LDB Wholesale Finance team members (agents) will still continue to support customers through the process. Beginning April 20, wholesale customers who call Wholesale Finance to update their credit card information will complete a secure IVR step during the call.

Customers will be guided to enter their credit card information using their phone keypad, rather than speaking the details aloud. Once the customer completes the IVR steps, the call continues with the Wholesale Finance agent as usual. 

To update your credit card information, please call Wholesale Finance at 604-775-0535 during operating hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (excluding statutory holidays).
