The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) issued a recall on August 19, 2025 for a specific lot of CROWN ROYAL – RESERVE 12 YEAR OLD (LDB SKU 239291, UPC 82000809920) due to possible presence of glass. It’s important to highlight there is no impact to inventory distributed or sold in B.C. The supplier has confirmed that only bottles with lot code 5199 sold in Ontario are affected. Please see the attached supplier notice below for more information.
