This update provides clarification on the management of wholesale orders submitted prior to strike action which began on September 22 at 9:30 a.m. and continues to impact the BC Liquor Distribution Branch (LDB).

Orders will be managed as follows:

• Full case orders submitted prior to the strike-related service disruption of our Distribution Centres and Wholesale Customer Centres will remain in our system.
• These orders will be fulfilled once operations resume.
• Customers are not required to resubmit orders unless contacted directly by our team.
• While earlier communications indicated potential cancellations, we have adjusted this approach to minimize disruption for our customers.
