The BC Liquor Distribution Branch (LDB) Wholesale Customer Centre (WCC) has launched a new online portal for submitting and tracking customer requests.

Through the new online WCC Service Portal, you can submit requests that you may have previously made by phone or email, including:

• Order submissions (in addition to Web Store)

• Payment-related inquiries

• Customer registration requests and general inquiries

• • Return claims (per existing LDB policy)

By using the WCC Service Portal, customers will experience streamlined support, the ability to submit after-hours requests, and track ticket progress, among other benefits.

Accessing the WCC Service Portal for the first time

Wholesale Customers

Before you can use the new portal, you will need to set up your account. You will receive a separate email over the next 72 hours from with the subject line, “LDB new account notification -- action required”, which includes a login link and your unique one-time password. If you haven’t received the email with your login link and one-time password by end of day Thursday, October 22, please check your junk mail first, and then call or email the WCC (contact details below).@bcldb.com>

Agents

As an agent, you can sign in to the online portal using the same username and password you use for the Wholesale Price Management (WPM) system. No new account is required. The direct URL for bookmarking is https://bcldb.service-now.com/csm.

Using the WCC Service Portal

Once signed in, you can submit new requests, check the status of existing requests, and receive notifications and updates. Please use the self-guided tour at the top right of the login screen to understand how to effectively navigate through the new Service portal. You may also review the user guide: click here.

Existing support channels remain available

The new WCC Service Portal gives you another easy way to connect with the WCC. There are no changes to accessing and ordering through Web Store, and you can continue to contact the WCC by phone or email if you prefer.
