Attention: Vancouver Wholesale Customer Centre (WCC) Customers and Vendors
LDB systems upgrade is now complete and enhancements to LDB Web Store are live.
We are pleased to announce that the BC Liquor Distribution Branch (LDB) has now completed the upgrade of its enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and the enhancements to LDB Wholesale Web Store.
Customers
- Wholesale customers can resume placing orders as per their preferred channel (email, telephone or Web Store).
- The enhancements to LDB Web Store, including increased search capabilities, a new Product Catalogue, inventory visibility, enhanced order features, improved reports and more, are also now available.
- For a detailed overview on the LDB Web Store enhancements, we encourage wholesale customers to review the new resources, located on this website. These resources include short, helpful training videos for several different Web Store functions.
Vendors
- Wholesale customers now have visibility to on-hand available inventory through the LDB Wholesale Web Store.
- Both LDB DCs have resumed full business operations, and LDB Wholesale is accepting and processing orders through all regular channels.
- The Product Activity Report on the Vendor Website will be refreshed and product registration, setup and pricing will resume as per normal timelines. LDB Wholesale will also resume ordering from Vendors at normal levels.
